I am a mosaic-making-interior-designing-hay-bale-gardening-migrant-chef. I also like to write every now and then about the stories that inspire many of my dishes. If I met you in person, I’m sure I’d stick a spoon in your mouth and make you taste my latest dish – which is something I liked to do when my friends visited me in my restaurants.
